It was really painful for me to watch that. Jared knows. Existential-panic-level painful.
For what it’s worth, I don’t mean the same thing by “authenticity” that he does, but I’m still crushed. I give up.

I don’t really get what was so painful about this interview in particular: put in a context of humour, it’s less biting than just reading the blog straight.
