I didn’t realize this until I (finally) updated my LinkedIn today, but Ubisoft acquired Action Pants earlier this month and renamed it Ubisoft Vancouver.

Christine Burgess-Quemard, executive director of worldwide production studios at Ubisoft said in a statement, “We have been looking closely at Vancouver for some time, as we wished to set up a presence in what is one of the industry’s biggest talent pools.”

Oh, you — stop it! I’m blushing.

There’s something to be said for working for a French company.

I see you didn’t notice my facebook status, or you’d have known earlier.

Yeah, I’m not big on Facebook anymore — Too much time soakage.

The only people who claim Facebook wastes time are people who don’t actually use Facebook. It takes, what, 5 minutes a day to read your news feed? And you can learn stuff like this.

If you aren’t turned on to Facebook, Facebook will turn on you.
