Just because the United States does not understand the differences between &lt;I&gt;head of state&lt;/I&gt; and &lt;I&gt;head of government&lt;/I&gt;, that does not make the prime minister even slightly or sort-of or kind-of our head of state.

And just because the governors general of late, and more so the advisors at Rideau Hall, have displayed a mixture of vaingloriousness, misinformation, disloyalty, and fringe theories, the governor general is not our head of state.</description>
