		<description>I worked for a small company in highschool. I remember one of the founders telling me a story of going into her current job and asking around &quot;Is anybody good at drawing? I need an octopus logo for this company I&#039;m starting.&quot; One of her coworkers responded, &quot;If this is a real company, shouldn&#039;t you hire a graphic designer and get it done right?&quot; And so she did.

The graphic designer who did the logo contract eventually ended up as a full-time employee.</description>
