I remember one of the founders telling me a story of going into her current job and asking around "Is anybody good at drawing? I need an octopus logo for this company I'm starting." One of her coworkers responded, "If this is a real company, shouldn't you hire a graphic designer and get it done right?" And so she did. The graphic designer who did the logo contract eventually ended up as a full-time employee. I worked for a small company in highschool.
