Home ยป Light Painting Experiment #1

I’ve been playing with the “Fireworks” setting on my camera, which allows for a longer exposure.

Back in Lunenburg joelf and I went light painting one night in the graveyard on Gallows Hill. I recently found a blue LED so I thought I’d give it a shot again.

The first image is me painting the darkened bathroom door. Curator Arajs said it looked spooky so I threw in one of the gallery’s collection of terra cotta people and painted the door beside it blue for more creepiness. Then I moved the emitter in front of the lens and started drawing circles. My aim was a bit off, so I got those quarter-arcs.
