I disagree with <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrutineer#Politics" rel="nofollow">Wikipedia's definition</a>. I wasn't there to double-check the count, I was there to make sure every registered PC on The List had voted, crossing them off as they did so. That’s basically what we did back in the day.
