ยป Another Door Fail
This is purported to be video of an engineering student failing to correctly operate an automatic door.
Here’s yet another:
Doors — when will the humans design them properly? Although, to be fair, that last one and the one from this morning aren’t so much DoorFAILs as WallFAILs.
Generally, yes, if people aren’t using a simple, common, everyday artifact correctly, then it’s the designer’s fault, not the users’.
However, sometimes something can be designed perfectly and people still screw it up:
